Foodmate is following the COVID-19 outbreak closely and is taking the required measures by following the advice of the government and health organizations. Many of our customers hold an important position in the food chain industry and need to be able to continue their business. We take our responsibility during this crisis to remain operational for all our customers and employees.
Service & Travel
On-site service is difficult or even impossible in these times. However, our service team is available via e-mail and telephone and will use technologies like video calls to support you as good as possible remotely. In emergency cases, where travel is required, and if local government and health organizations do not specify a travel warning we will do our utmost best to come to an agreement between both parties to do the on-site service as usual.
Unfortunately, most of our commercial travel and show attendance in the months March and April are postponed until the situation is safe again.
Many of our employees are working from their homes. If you need to reach out to them, please send them an e-mail or call them on their cell phones. You can still reach Foodmate office via our general telephone number. Our staff at the phone desk will help you to get in touch with the required people. As usual, we are fully available 24/7 to answer your questions or receive your spare part requests and deliver them as soon as possible.
