Our service technicians are ready to be the solution to your problem.
CONNECT consists of two IP65 certified cameras, accessories and software linking your video feed to one of our service technicians. You can connect your smartphone to CONNECT, allowing to watch live instructions and directions. Through video and audio we will guide you through the steps necessary to solve your technical difficulties. To accommodate places where Wi-Fi is absent, we offer an optional mobile hotspot.
